My 2 personal 'Life Evolve Project' overall goals are to;
1) Cultivate a Healthy Body & Mind
2) Learn to truly Love & Respect Myself
I plan to achieve this with;
- Yoga & Meditation
- Mindfulness
- Writing & Reading
- Creativitive projects: Photography Show & Art Project
- Walking, Swimming, Biking, Snowboarding
My specific goals are;
- Yoga daily at home daily +3 classes weekly
- Meditate daily (increasing to 30m per day)
- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction & Relaxation Workshop (45m per day + weekly class)
- Writing daily - journal, reflections, Future Forward blog
- Reading daily, see reading list
- Produce and show a Photography art project
- Create and share my 'Home History' art project
- Walk 30+ minutes daily
- Swim 3 x weekly
- Snowboard regularly, improve switch and air skills
- Bike to Granville Island, weekly
